This season sees the release of Sicot 70BL the first commercially available variety within Australia to have both the Bollgard II® and Liberty Link® technologies stacked.

Varieties containing the Liberty Link® herbicide tolerance gene from Bayer CropScience provide choice to Australian cotton growers in their approach to weed management. Sicot 70BL is tolerant to Liberty Herbicide® and is suited to situations where broadleaf weeds such as vines and volunteer cotton are a problem.
