A good yield result for the new Bollgard 3 varieties. All varieties performed admirably. The plants generally were shorter in this trial and with a warm finish strugged to 24 nodes, but the boll size was large and boll numbers were 150 to the metre. The Sicot 746BG3F and Sicot 714BG3F were at least a week earlier than the other two varieties in the trial.
