Seed Processing Leading Hand (Wee Waa, NSW)
You bring experience in an operational or manufacturing environment, strong safety focus, sound leadership and communication skills, a Forklift Licence and Driver’s Licence, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Customer Service Officer (Wee Waa, NSW)
A Cotton Seed Distributors Customer Service Officer plays a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience by managing customer enquiries, processing orders accurately, and supporting the timely dispatch of cotton seed. The role supports the Supply Chain team through effective coordination, administration, weighbridge operation, and inventory processes, while contributing to CSD’s strategic priorities and commitment to safety, quality, and service excellence.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a high volume of email and phone inquiries relating to orders and deliveries, aiming for prompt resolution.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Meeting tight dispatch and delivery deadlines
- Monitoring transport movements and updating internal systems in real time
- Coordinating with the operational teams to ensure smooth logistics flow
- Resolve customer issues proactively and professionally, documenting actions and outcomes.
About You:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service or supply chain operations environment (logistics, warehousing, or distribution preferred)
- Confidence working with ERP systems such as Pronto, or similar, alongside strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A positive, resilient attitude and a strong customer-first mindset
- The ability to stay calm, focused, and solutions-driven under pressure
- Availability to work out of hours occasionally to suit business requirements
- Drivers license and reliable transport
Highly Regarded – but not essential
- Weighbridge operation in any environment (gins, grain receival, other bulk goods etc)
- Demonstrated experience in weighbridge operation in any environment (gins, grain receival, other bulk goods etc).
- Forklift ticket and demonstrated experience in operating a forklift.

Fabrication Apprentice (Wee Waa, NSW)
As the Fabrication Apprentice at CSD, you will work alongside our experienced fabricators, the maintenance team and seed processing team members, whilst undertaking a Fabrication qualification.
You will be exposed to a range of systems and equipment in our large busy seed processing facility located near Wee Waa NSW.
Requirements for Apprentices:

- A passion for the industry and looking for a career, not just a job
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Fabrication aptitude and problem-solving skills essential
- An affinity for computers – following advances in technology
- Current driver’s licence (Must have P Plate minimum) and reliable transport
- A construction White Card (or be willing to get one)
- Excellent safety awareness
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screen, and Police Check
